Mac in the Morning radio show
I’ll be the featured guest today on Wyoming radio host Mac Watson’s “Speak Your Piece” segment at 11 am ET discussing my recent work on the Big Quit in local government. Mac is a well-respected radio personality and podcast host and I think the hour-long segment will be a lot of fun! (I’ll update this post with the recording later.)

This week’s LSS issue went into the numbers behind local government’s Great Resignation and today the prognosis is even more dim. MissionSquare Research released a preview of its public workforce survey that shows more than half of public sector employees are now thinking about quitting.
